At a Crossroads

Finding yourself at a crossroads can be many things: terrifying, discouraging, overwhelming…

It can also be freeing. I can help.

The grand and terrifying gift we’ve received, Free Will, offers both sides. In order to enjoy its positive aspect, you must follow these requirements:

  • Get centered: you have to find the still point, the “Buddha place” as a friend of mine calls it—often this means emptying the extreme emotions first. (Find a safe place to express and release them)
  • Go within: This might mean prayer and meditation, a walk in Nature, or receiving bodywork. You know what works best for you.
  • Listen to your intuition: While you may not yet trust it, you have a strong inner guiding voice inside.
  • Choose based on your inner guidance: Trust your intuition and make it your intent. This happens at the level of your heart, not your mind.
  • Make clear decisions based on your choice. Here you join what’s come out of your heart with your mind. Make a plan
  • Take action based on your clear decisions. Align your physical energy with your heart and mind. Put the plan into action

Listen.

Choose.

Decide.

Act.
