Lean in to Spring

Lean in to Spring

Everywhere I look, lush growth abounds.

My advice? Lean in to Spring…

Our bodies, minds, emotions, and spirits respond to the world around us. Our world has rhythms: cycles of the moon, circadian rhythms, astrological events, and the seasons.

Living toward the northern end of our country (not as far north as Alaska!), I’ve been glorying in spring’s long light. The sun comes up early and goes down late.  (I’ve even more to look forward to as it expands until June’s Solstice!) Dinnertime looks like mid-afternoon, and bedtime looks like dinnertime.

The light and the fabulous, furious plant growthspeak to me of abundance. They speak of plenty, of a bottomless Source, and of the need to lean in to it.

When I say “lean in,” I don’t mean “do more.” It’s completely natural to feel more energy with the long days, and more drive to get things done. I’ve certainly been enjoying that boost.

What I mean, by “lean in,” is to trust, and to surrender.Trust the flow of energy. Trust that there is enough (time, energy, resources, etc.) Trust yourself, your instincts, and your wisdom. Trust once you’ve decided to do something, you’ll get it done.

Part of leaning in this energy of abundance is to…

Trust you have all you need.

This does NOT mean “do it all yourself.”Having all you need includes the people you know. Having all you need includes Source—the Universe. Consider all of this as an integral part of your abundant resources, there for you upon asking.

It also does not mean sitting back and waiting for it to magically happen. But frankly, as one of my Tribe, that’s not what you are prone to doing.

Remember to lean in (to relax into the energy supporting you), and remember to ASK for assistance!

Coach’s Challenge:

Take a good look at yourself. Are you leaning in to spring? What are you trying to accomplish? What resources are you using to get it done? (All of your own, I’ve no doubt.) Where do you need to expand your vision of “resources?”Who, what and where can you ask for help? Your challenge this week, is to ASK, and to
